Angeline Trotto, LMSW

Children, Adolescents, Perinatal Mental Health & Life Transitions

Children, teens, and parents can experience seasons where emotions feel bigger, behaviors become harder to understand, or life simply feels overwhelming. Therapy can provide a safe space to make sense of what is happening, build effective coping skills, and feel more confident moving forward.

Angeline supports children, adolescents, women, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, pregnancy, postpartum life, motherhood, and major life transitions. With more than five years of experience as an adolescent inpatient clinical therapist, she brings extensive experience helping young people and their families through complex and difficult seasons.

Support for Children, Teens & Families

Angeline understands that a child or teen’s struggles often affect the entire family. She works collaboratively with young people and their parents to better understand emotions and behaviors, strengthen coping and communication skills, and create meaningful change at home and in everyday life.

Her approach is grounded in connection, compassion, and evidence-based care, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Perinatal Mental Health & Motherhood

Angeline also has a growing passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and the emotional transitions that accompany family life. She has completed advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health and provides a warm, supportive environment where women can process their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and navigate this season with greater confidence.
