ABOUT THE PhILLIPS CLINIC

At The Phillips Clinic, we specialize in guiding individuals and families through life’s most profound transitions. Our focus is perinatal mental health, supporting parents before, during, and after pregnancy, as well as therapy for those navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and the everyday complexities of modern life.

We believe that every parent and individual deserves compassionate, personalized care as they step into new roles and identities. Whether you are preparing for the arrival of your baby, adjusting to postpartum, or balancing the demands of parenthood with your own well-being, we provide a safe and supportive space to process, heal, and grow.

Our therapists bring advanced training in trauma-informed care and perinatal-specific approaches. We understand the unique challenges that can arise in this season, feelings of overwhelm, changes in relationships, birth trauma, postpartum depression or anxiety, and the pressure to “do it all.” Our role is to walk alongside you with empathy, practical tools, and evidence-based strategies that honor your experience and empower your resilience.

At The Phillips Clinic, you don’t have to navigate these transitions alone. We are here to help you nurture your mental health, strengthen your relationships, and find balance in early parenthood and beyond.
